Where is My Order? You can check the status of any order, whether it was placed by phone, online, by visiting our Order Tracking page under My Account. Simply fill in the requested information and it will display the most recent information on your order, such as when it was shipped.
Do You Have A Store? Yes, customers who live in the Midwest can shop at our Design Center and our Retail Store in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Design Center - Our 9,000 square foot Design Center is a dream for customers who are looking for the benefit of professional installation of their storage solutions. At the Design Center, our team can help you create a dream closet, perfect pantry, great garage and more. Then our trained installers will come to your home and install it for you. The Design Center will be located at 3100 East Kemper Road, in Cincinnati.
Retail Store - In addition to OrganizedLiving.com and our Design Center, Organized Living has a Retail Store in Cincinnati, Ohio. Stop by and let our sales associates help you find the best storage solution to meet your needs. The store will be located at 8170 Montgomery Road, in Cincinnati.
When Can I Expect My Order to Arrive? If you ordered via standard delivery, and the items are in stock, your order will arrive in 5-10 business days. If you chose an express delivery option, it will arrive in 1-2 business days, depending on which you selected.
Can I Ship My Items to Someone Else? Absolutely! During the Checkout process, simply click on “Ship to An Address Other than Billing Address”. You can even save your shipping addresses in your account’s address book. If you have shipped to another address before and saved that address, you can select it from the ship-to address choices. Or, you can create a new ship-to address. To avoid confusion, remember to indicate that this is NOT your billing address.
What if I Forget My Account Password? You can retrieve it by going into My Account and entering the email address that we have on file for your account, then answering your password recovery question, which you established when you registered your account with us. The system will generate a new password, which will be emailed to you within minutes. When you receive this email, log back into your account using the new password. If you want to change your password, you can do so by logging into your account and clicking on “My Information”.
How Do I Know if an Item is in Stock? If you are ordering online, our system allows you to know immediately if an item is available when you add that item to your order. You will get an alert message if an item you have selected is unavailable. You will then have the option of cancelling that item or proceeding with the purchase of the backordered item. Or, you may wish to browse similar items, pre-selected by the system, and make a substitution.
Can I Personalize an Item? We do not currently offer personalization of our items. This is a service that may be offered in the future.
Do you send order confirmations? Yes, all online orders will automatically receive an email order confirmation within one hour. If you do not receive a confirmation, your order did not go through the order system. In this case, please call us at 1- 888-ORGLIVING (1-888-674-5484) to place a phone order. Orders received by phone will be acknowledged by the customer service representative.
What is Your “Wish List”? Use the “Wish List” feature to create and maintain lists of items you would like to receive, then email them to your friends and family. Or, create a “Wish List” for someone else, containing a list of gift ideas for that person. For your reference, your “Wish List” page displays the item listings, who the “Wish List(s)” have been sent to, even lets you know when someone has made a purchase from the list. It’s a safe, convenient way to keep a record of favorite items for you, your friends and family members.
