Organized Living Designer Program Terms & Conditions
These are the following terms and conditions for membership in the Organized Living LTD. ("Organized Living") Designer Program (“Designer Program”). Organized Living may change the Designer Program or these terms and conditions at any time. Organized Living will post changes here, at www.OrganizedLiving.com/designerprogram. Any changed terms and conditions become effective immediately upon being posted, and your continued use of membership constitutes your agreement to the changed terms and conditions.
Designer Program Discount
The Designer Program discount is not valid with any other offer on www.OrganizedLiving.com. The discount is not valid and is not applicable to purchases of sale items, purchase of gift cards or promotional items, gift wrapping, shipping, handling and processing fees or taxes. The Designer Program discount is not redeemable for cash. Organized Living reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the Designer Program discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted at www.OrganizedLiving.com/designerprogram, as changed terms and conditions, discussed in the preceding paragraph. Members may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by calling Customer Service at 1-888-ORG-LIVING or sending an email to CustomerService@organizedliving.com
Qualifying
Incomplete applications will not be accepted. To qualify, proof of a professional organizer or design-based profession must be submitted. As proof, please submit at least two forms of documents from the following list:
Copy of valid membership to:
- NAPO – National Association of Professional Organizers
- ASID American Society of Interior Designers or international affiliate
- IIDA International Interior Design Association
- AIA American Institute of Architects
- IDS Interior Design Society
- CID Certified Interior Decorators International
- National Council for Interior Design Qualification Certificate Number
- State business license
- Yellow page advertisement
- Business card
- Three recent invoices sent to clients
We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Each professional organizer or designer must individually apply for membership by submitting business cards with the firm's qualifications.
Membership
Membership is not transferable. A membership card can only be used by the named card holder. The named card holder must enter their discount code online at time of purchase.
Misuse of membership may result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the Designer Program discount for personal purchases, any resale of merchandise purchased using the Designer Program discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction Web site or store), reimbursement of Designer Program discount upon merchandise return, transfer of membership, allowing others to use the membership card (e.g., sharing the card with a client), and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a membership application.
Termination
Organized Living reserves the right to terminate a membership at its discretion when these terms and conditions have been violated, with or without notice to the member. Organized Living reserves the right to cancel the Designer Program at its discretion, with or without notice to members. Membership coupon codes that have not been used for 12 consecutive months will be terminated.
