Ordered the Wrong Size/I Ordered the Wrong Item
We understand that sometimes mistakes can be made, especially when measuring a space.

My Item was Damaged during Shipping
Sometimes product is damaged during shipping. If any of your items arrive damaged, we want to get you a replacement as quickly as possible. Please call our customer service number at 1-888-674-5484 or email us at customerservice@organizedliving.com and let us know what needs to be replaced. If you received a damaged product, please have the item available so we can get more information to prevent it from happening in the future.

The Quality of the Item Does Not Meet My Expectations
At Organized Living we want to offer the highest quality solutions at the best price.  If you have purchased something that does not have the quality you expect, we want to know!  We will either replace it with another item at 20% off or refund your money.  Simply call the customer service number at 1-888-674-5484 or email us at customerservice@organizedliving.com.
