• Do you have any store locations? While we no longer have store locations, we’re still here to help you get organized 24 hours a day at OrganizedLiving.com and can ship orders to any state in the continental US.

• Will you accept gift cards that were issued from old Organized Living store locations? Sorry. Organized Living cannot redeem gift cards or store credits that were issued from the previous Organized Living stores.  We did not issue them and cannot legally honor them.  However, because you are a valued customer, we can offer you a one-time 20% off your entire first order through Organizedliving.com. First, we’ll need to validate your gift card/store credit. Please send a copy of the gift card/store credit by mail to:

• I have not received a tracking number for my order yet. Where can I find it? Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships from our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship and to receive tracking information.  If you’re registered through OrganizedLiving.com, you can check your order status at any time by simply signing in to your account.  If you’re not registered, call 1-888-ORG-Living (1-888-674-5484) or email customer service at customerservice@organizedliving.com to check your order status.


• Do you offer a closet design service? Absolutely! We have a Design Tool that offers thousands of designs for you to choose from based on your needs, style and budget. Design variety to prefectly work to organize and space throughout your home. All you need are your measurements and we do the rest!  Visit the Organized Living Design Tool to select a space today.

If you’re unable to find a storage space that fits your needs, we are happy to help. Please send your measurements to customerservice@organizedliving.com with a brief description of:

• The type of space you’re organizing. For example: kitchen, garage, closet, etc.


• The measurements of the space(s) you need organized. Width, depth and height.


• What you’re storing in your space. For example, how much hanging space do you need for dresses, shirts, skirts and pants?


• Would you like shelving or drawers added to your design?


• Will you need a space to store shoes? If so, how many shoes will you be storing?


• Choose your finish White, Maple, Cherry, Chocolate Pear, Espresso or Light Oak
