Shipping Rate & Policies

At Organized Living®, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible.  We ship all orders standard delivery but can expedite orders at your request.  We are currently only shipping to the contiguous United States but will ship to Alaska and Hawaii for additional shipping charges.  We are sorry but at this time we cannot deliver to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.  Please see below for more details.

Order Confirmations/ Tracking
Once you place your order, we will e-mail you an order confirmation which will include your order number.  We encourage you to save or print your e-mail Order Confirmation for your records.
Once your order has shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking information.  To track your package, simply click on the link.  If any part of your order is delayed, one of our customer service representatives will contact you right away.

Delivery Schedule
Organized Living® receives and processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

Accessories and small furniture items are shipped via Standard Delivery.

Our Standard Delivery rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on the total dollar amount of the order. This means you get our lowest shipping rates, fair and square. And that's not all...we've reduced delivery times to just 5–7 business days.

Minimum rate is $6.00 for Standard Delivery to the continental U.S. Packaging and handling costs are included. Items ordered together may not ship together.

Packaging for Shipments
In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, we try and re-use boxes and packaging materials as much as possible.  Please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
All orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally arrive in 5-7 business days.
Rush Delivery
Please call customer service at 1-888-ORGLIVING (1-888-674-5484) for priority shipping with 2nd Business Day Express Service or Next Day Air (only valid on orders placed before 10am EST Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). Please note some large items do not qualify for priority shipping methods.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii need to placed over the phone.  Please call customer service at 1-888-674-5484 for a shipping quote. Most shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will take longer than 5-7 business days based on the available delivery carriers.
Shipments to APO, FPO, PO Boxes
At Organized Living, we want your packages to arrive as quickly as possible.  We have tried unsuccessfully to ship to these addresses.  Most of our customers with an APO, FPO, or PO Box have partnered with someone in close proximity to receive the packages for them.  If you have any suggestions please contact us at 1-888-ORGLIVING (1-888-674-5484).

Delivery of freedomRail Closet Systems

Closets and Garage systems may be delivered to your home via a national carrier based on the weight.  You will be contacted for a convenient time window to deliver your new closet system.  Please note that our carriers offer curb side delivery.  Contact a customer service representative if you need additional assistance.
Delivery of Scanbirk Furniture
Scanbirk Furniture is shipped directly from the manufacturer through one of our preferred national carriers.  You will be contacted for a convenient time window to deliver your order.  Please note that our carriers offer curb side delivery.  Contact a customer service representative if you need additional assistance.
Shipping Surcharges
Some items cost more to ship due to their size and or weight.  In order to cover these costs, we’ve added additional shipping charges which will show on the individual item pages.  We don’t want you to pay multiple surcharges if you don’t have to.  If you are ordering multiple items with surcharges, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-ORGLIVING (1-888-674-5484) so that we can work out a fair shipping charge.  We’re sorry but shipping surcharges will not be excluded from “free shipping” promotions.
